1. Use of Our Services

You must be at least 18 years old or have legal guardian consent to use our services. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information when registering or ordering tests.
  • Use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with all applicable laws.
  • Not interfere with or disrupt the operation of our website or services.

2. Appointment & Sample Collection

  • Appointments are recommended but not always required. You can book an appointment or home collection. Walk-ins are accepted subject to availability.
  • You are responsible for following pre-test instructions (fasting, medication restrictions, etc.) provided by us or your physician.
  • Refusal or inability to provide a sample may result in cancellation without refund.

3. Test Results & Reports

Delivery of Reports
Reports are delivered via email, WhatsApp, our patient portal, or in-person as chosen at the time of registration. Delays may occur due to technical issues, reagent shortages, or the need for repeat testing.
Interpretation of Results
Test results are for informational purposes only and are not a substitute for professional medical advice. Only your treating physician can interpret results in the context of your full medical history.
Report Accuracy
While we follow strict quality control, human and technical errors can occur. We are not liable for any misdiagnosis or treatment decisions based solely on our reports.

4. Payment & Refunds

All fees are payable in advance unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash, cards, UPI, and online payments when you book lab tests in Surat. Refunds are only issued if:

  • The test is cancelled by the laboratory due to technical impossibility.
  • A written refund request is received before sample collection.

No refunds will be given after sample collection or report generation.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nobel Micropath Laboratory shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and reports format, is the property of Nobel Micropath Laboratory and protected by copyright laws.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Surat, Gujarat.
